Recipe
- Beat eggs and sugar into foam.
- Mix dry ingredients together and add into dough.
- Finally, add finely grated carrot and crushed pineapple.
- Spread the dough on a flanged baking sheet, on top of baking paper.
- Bake in baking oven at 200 °C for 15–20 minutes.
- Prepare the frosting by mixing the processed cheese until pliable, then add curds, powdered sugar, and vanillin sugar. Frost immediately, decorate with ground nuts.
