Recipe
- Boil the cabbage slices until nearly well done in salted water.
- Melt the butter in a kettle, add wheat flour. Cook for a while but don’t brown.
- Add milk and cabbage stock gradually, stirring throughout. Let boil for 10 minutes.
- Season the sauce with salt and pepper. Add cheese in small pieces, the sauce can be thick.
- Put cabbage slices in a tin and pour the gravy on top.
- Glaze at 225 °C in baking oven for about 15 minutes.
