Recipe
- Cut the pork into pieces. Prepare the marinade by grating one well washed orange peel, squeezing the juice, and adding salt. Marinate the meat for about 30 minutes.
- Brown the meat in a pot in a baking oven, or on a frying pan and put in the pot. Mix in the wheat flour, chili ketchup, paprika powder, and black pepper. Pour the marinade, bouillon, and cream on top. Let simmer at 160 °C in baking oven for 45–60 minutes.
- Towards the end of the cooking process, add the “skinless” slices of the second orange.
Tip
The orange pork is best served with tasty basmati or jasmine rice.
