Recipe
- Chop the onion and mushrooms. Melt the spinach in an oven or microwave.
- Heat up a frying pan and add some oil. Sauté the onion, mushrooms, and spinach. Add salt and pepper.
- Prepare the sauce: Melt the butter in a kettle, add flour. Cook flour for a couple of minutes, but do not brown. Add milk in small doses, stirring throughout. Let boil for about 10 minutes, add cheese in small pieces, add spices.
- Layer the fish, mushroom and spinach mix, lasagne sheets, and sauce in a greased tin so that the sauce layer is on top.
- Cook in baking oven at 200 °C for 30–35 minutes.
Tip
The dishes cooked in the pan are typical oven delicacies. Oven dishes are prepared effortlessly and inexpensively from simple ingredients for a large number of people.
